Malcolm Hogg joined Grampian Police in March 1993 as a Traffic Warden based in Peterhead. He then worked at the Peterhead Intelligence Unit for one year until transferring to the Community Warden Scheme in July 2007, where he was based in Fraserburgh. He enjoys his work and finds the locals in Fraserburgh are very friendly and always willing to stop for a chat.

Andrew Mackie started as a Community Warden within Aberdeen City in June 2004, working in the Northfield area. He transferred to Fraserburgh in Dec 2006 where he is currently based. He have trained within Grampian Police as an internal mediator and has also had basic Polish translation lessons which he aims to use to communicate with the Polish community within Fraserburgh. Hopefully he will be able to assist in bridging the gap between the elderly and youth community of Fraserburgh and to assist with reducing the vandalism and anti social behaviour.
