Malcolm Hogg joined Grampian Police in March 1993 as a Traffic Warden based in Peterhead. He worked at the Peterhead Intelligence Unit for one year and transferred to the Community Warden Scheme in July 2007. Malcolm is involved in chairing the local intelligence group meeting with various housing and partners and can often be found with the "Jolly Wrinkly" walking group on Monday mornings. Malcolm regularly patrols the residential homes within Fraserburgh and is always willing to stop for a chat with residents. During the better weather he can be seen out on patrol using the Police pushbikes, stopping off at the beach to chat with the locals.

Sandra Hewett joined Grampian Police in June 2004 when the Community Warden scheme first started. She was fundamental in setting up the successful Junior Joggers scheme. She also attends many of the partner meetings, bringing her wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Sandy is normally to be found organising the local Shopwatch group, updating the local shopkeepers and giving advice on safety and security. Sandy is heavily involved in the established Junior Warden scheme now running three times per year during the school holidays, an activity which the children always are enthused by. Both are regularly seen to meet with FRANRA, the local residents association, the Community Council , Community Safety Partnership, along with other tenant participation groups such as the North Braehead Association, Northern Court and Albany Court.

Cathy Massie joined Grampian Police in August 2007. She really enjoys her role as Community Warden, as she likes the fact that her job is so varied. One day you can be at a School organising the Junior Wardens Scheme which is run twice a year, and the next you could be doing a talk at a care home for the elderly. She loves getting out and about speaking to people of all ages, especially helping them with any problems or concerns they might have. In her role she attends many meetings e.g. Buchan Community Safety Group, Shop Watch and Community Wardens meeting with Council, this is a great opportunity to liaise with Partner Agencies. Cathy loves her job and hopes the role is continued.
