The 21st Aberdeenshire Citizens' Panel Survey has been completed.

The three issues which stood out as top priorities were:

• Alcohol misuse
• Road safety
• Anti-social driving

This was followed by a secondary set of priorities:

• Controlled drugs
• Underage drinking
• Public place violence
• Youth disorder

The majority (52%) of Citizens' Panel members feel that crime levels have stayed the same during the previous 12 months. 25% were of the opinion that crime levels had increased and 25% felt levels had decreased.
