PC Bruce Watt will operate in Banff.  He has worked in Aberdeen City for two years before moving to Aberdeenshire five years ago.  He has been a CBO at Banff since March 2007.  He is looking to continue building partnerships in order to tackle the local issues which affect the local communities in the Banff Section area.
Portsoy

PC Joanne Wilson joined the Police in 2004 and initially started in Turriff then Banff then Fraserburgh and she is now based at Portsoy.  Her hopes are hopes to build a good relationship with all ages within the community in order to identify and resolve the wide range of issues which can affect the public.

Mintlaw

PC Graeme Smith joined Grampian Police in May 2001 after 18 months as a Special Constable in Fraserburgh. I initially worked at Banff for about 3 and a half years, followed by 2 years at Peterhead until November 2006 where I started in my current role as a CBO in Mintlaw. Having been born and brought up in the north east I know the area and the concerns of the community better than most. He would like to continue working closely with the local community on various issues to make a positive difference.
Peterhead

PC Kevin Forman operates in Peterhead.  He joined Grampian Police Special Constabularly in 1987, serving in the Peterhead area.  He joined Grampian Police in 1990 and has served in Fraserburgh, Cruden Bay, Peterhead and Mintlaw as a Response Officer.  He recently took up his current role as a Community Beat Officer in Peterhead.

He hopes to maintain the good working relationships with all Community Groups and other agencies and to reduce the antisocial problems which affect the local community.
Cruden Bay

PC Kenneth Thomson has served in Fraserburgh for three years, before moving to Cruden Bay, where he has been CBO since December 2007.  He also undertakes duties as a Firearms officer.  He hopes to tackle anti-social behaviour within his area and build up good relations with the local community and to be the first point of contact for them.








Peterhead

PC David Weir started his career with Grampian Police as a Special Constable based in Cruden Bay.  After several years he joined the force as a full time Officer working in Fraserburgh, where he remained for 4 years. During this time he became a Police Diver within the underwater search unit and an ROV/SONAR operator. He has since worked in Cruden Bay as a Community Beat Officer and in December 2009 became the Peterhead Community Officer and small Ports liaison Officer for Peterhead. He aims to provide the residents of Peterhead with a visible Officer by carrying out regular foot patrols, where they can approach and discuss issues affecting them and their community.  He will work closely with other partnership agencies to make Peterhead a safer community.
Cruden Bay

PC Lee Scott joined Grampian Police in 2005, after serving as a Special Constable in his own community.  His first posting was to Peterhead, as a response Officer.  He then transferred to Cruden Bay in 2008, where he hopes to forge a good relationship with all ages within the community in order to identify and resolve the wide range of issues which can affect the public.
Mintlaw

PC Nikki Thornley joined Avon & Somerset Police in 2000, during which time she spent two and a half years as a frontline response Officer, two years as a CBO in Bristol and three and a half years working within CID. Transferred to Grampian in September 2007, where she spent 10 months at Peterhead before going on Maternity leave. Since returning to work in March she has moved to Mintlaw, and is enjoying the return to CBO work, and is looking forward to working with all the local communities.

PC Kevin McArthur joined Grampian Police in 2004, initially stationed at Banff then Fraserburgh. As a community Beat Officer in Fraserburgh, he has been given specific role of liaising with Religious Groups, Pennan Harbour, St Andrews Infant and Primary School and Westfield School. He is eager to continue to foster good relations with the community and make use of the new Police bicycles in performing high visibility patrols.

PC Wayne Bedford is primarily responsible for the outlying village of Sandhaven, near Fraserburgh. He has worked in the Fraserburgh area for four years and hopes to be an accessible and visible presence within the area and work towards building relationships in order to ensure a strong link between Grampian Police and the community as a whole.
Fraserbugh & District

PC Stephen Benedetti started his career with Metropolitan Police in 1989 transferring to Grampian Police in 2001. Since joining Grampian Police he has worked at Turriff, Banff and Fraserburgh. As a Community Beat Officer in Fraserburgh town, he also has responsibility for liaising with the port of Fraserburgh. He aims to provide the residents of Fraserburgh with a visible accesible officer, by carrying out regular foot patrols, by being approachable and available to discuss issues affecting them and their community. He will work closely with other partnership agencies including the voluntary sector to make Fraserburgh a safer community.













Fraserburgh & District

PC Scott McGlashan has worked in the Fraserburgh area for two years. He assumed the role of Community Focus Officer in January 2010 and is primarily responsible for the village of Cairnbulg and Inverallochy on the outskirts of Fraserburgh, with further responsibilities lying with SouthPark School and Cairnbulg Harbour. He hopes that in working together with the community he can build up a good rapport with all persons, young and old, and create a safer community for all.

Ellon

PC Ian Ivancic has been stationed at Ellon since 2006 and has served the local community for the last three years initially as a Response Officer, before taking on the role of CBO in September 2008. He has specific responsibility for Ellon and the villages of Pitmedden and Undy Green,  he hopes to continue building relationships with the local residents, traders, publicans and youths and aims to target the vandalism and anti-social behaviour in the area. By working together we can all become more proactive by building upon existing partnerships and enabling new strategies to develop to address local issues, we can make our communities a better and safer place to reside, visit and socialise in, increased community wellbeing and quality of life throughout the area.
Tarves, Methlick, Newburgh & Balmedie

PC Iain Clark operates in Tarves, Methlick, Newburgh and Balmedie. He has served in Peterhead, Laurencekirk, Banchory, Aberdeen City and Ellon for twenty two years. He has been stationed at Ellon since October 2005. He hopes to help create a safer community for all.
Turriff

PC Mike Taylor has been stationed at Banff, Turriff and Peterhead.  He has also worked as a Deputy Domestic Abuse Liaison Officer and a Schools Liaison Officer in Morayshire, working from Fochabers and Keith Police Offices. He hopes to encourage people to take responsibility for looking after their town/area.






Oldmeldrum

PC Stephen Vaughan has 3 years service within the Formartine area having been based at Ellon and Oldmeldrum.  He intends to continue to enhance relationships with the local community, in particular the local youth element, and further reduce all anti-social type incidents, and promote increased community wellbeing and quality of life throughout the area.

PC Mark Cobban joined Grampian Police in 2006 and has previously worked in Banchory and Inverurie before being  posted to Westhill in 2009.  He hopes to forge links within the community, in particular with the businesses based in Westhill and associated business parks.

PC Clare Taylor will operate in Westhill and District. She has eleven years service across the former South Aberdeenshire area, working at stations in Inverurie, Ellon and latterly Westhill.  She hopes to build relationships with all areas of the community in Westhill.

He has worked in Aberdeen City for six years before moving to Aberdeenshire six years ago.  He has been a Community Beat Officer at Kemnay since July 2005.  He hopes to continue building relationships with local youths and aims to target the vandalism and anti-social behaviour in the area.
Kintore/Blackburn/Kemnay

PC Darren Cochrane will operate in Kintore/Blackburn/Kemnay. He has worked in the Garioch area since September 2006 covering Inverurie, Kemnay, Kintore and Blackburn.  As CBO for Kintore and Blackburn he is looking forward to building partnerships in order to tackle the local issues which affect the quality of life of the communities.
Insch

PC Graeme Allan will operate in Insch. He has served in Aberdeen City for two years, then latterly at Insch.  He also has additional duties as a Search Trained Officer.  He hopes to prevent anti-social behaviour and driving in Insch and to reduce youth problems there.







Huntly

PC Neil McAdam will operate in Huntly. He has served in various operational roles in Northamptonshire Constabulary then transferred to Grampian Police.  He has served in Aberdeen City and Huntly.  He hopes to build strong liaisons with key core agencies and the Public in his area.
Alford

PC Wayne Smart has been with Grampian Police for six years, joining in February 2003. He started at Banchory Police Office before moving to Stonehaven Office in November 2004. He worked out of the Portlethen Office for over a year and he is the Community Officer for Drumoak/Durris areas as well as dealing with any incidents in the Portlethen area. He hopes to forge a good relationship between the Community and Grampian Police.

PC Andy Lamont operates in Laurencekirk. He has 24 years Police service and has been stationed at Fraserburgh, Ballater,Inverurie, Kemnay and Portlethen. He hopes to help create a safe environment for all in the local community and forge a good relationship between the Community and Grampian Police.

PC Ross Campbell has been with Grampian Police for five years, joining in 2004. He started at Inverurie Police Office for two years prior to moving to the Kincardine area of Aberdeenshire where he has been  stationed at  Portlethen and Stonehaven Police Offices respectively.

PC Gordon Brown operates from Aboyne. Has 21 years Police Service. He has primarily worked Deeside and the Donside areas. He has built up a strong working relationship with partner agencies in the community in an attempt to create a safer environment and reduce anti-social behaviour within the community.
Banchory

PC Craig Duncanson operates from Banchory.  He has 18 years Police Service and has worked in a number of posts and specialised departments throughout Grampian Police.  Most recently he has been based in Deeside, primarily working from Banchory.  He has built up strong working relationships with partner agencies and through Craig's active involvement in local youth initiatives, he aims to create and maintain a safer environment and reduce anti-social behaviour within the community.
Braemar

PC Ian Robison is Anti-Social Behaviour Co-ordinator for all of Aberdeenshire. He has served in Aberdeen City for twenty five years, including 4 years as a Schools Liaison Officer. He recently took up the role of Antisocial Behaviour Coordinator for Aberdeenshire Division and hopes to work alongside other agencies and community groups in addressing any antisocial problems which affect our communities.
