PC Bruce Watt will operate in Banff.  He has worked in Aberdeen City for two years before moving to Aberdeenshire five years ago.  He has been a CBO at Banff since March 2007.  He is looking to continue building partnerships in order to tackle the local issues which affect the local communities in the Banff Section area.

PC Ian Bain joined Grampian Police in 2003 and was initially based in Aberdeen Division for three years.  After working at several stations in the City, he transferred to what was formerly North Aberdeenshire Division.  PC Bain was stationed at Fraserburgh Police Office then transferred to Banff Police Office. He commenced his current role as Banff and surrounding area Community Beat Officer at the beginning of 2008, a role which he greatly enjoys.

PS David Dunnett is the Community Beat Sergeant based at Mintlaw.  I currently supervise the officers based at Mintlaw, Cruden Bay and New Pitsligo. I have recently moved to Mintlaw following a spell in the Crime Reduction Team at Peterhead. My aim is to maintain and where possible improve the impact of Community Beat officers in the Central Buchan area.

PC Graeme Smith joined Grampian Police in May 2001 after 18 months as a Special Constable in Fraserburgh. I initially worked at Banff for about 3 and a half years, followed by 2 years at Peterhead until November 2006 where I started in my current role as a CBO in Mintlaw. Having been born and brought up in the north east I know the area and the concerns of the community better than most. He would like to continue working closely with the local community on various issues to make a positive difference.

PC James Calvert has served as a response officer in Fraserburgh and Mintlaw prior to taking on the role of CBO at Mintlaw, where he also has the responsibility for liaising with the small ports in the area, including Longside Airfield.  In his third year of being based at Mintlaw, he is looking forward to building on the local knowledge he has gained and the good relations that have been built within the community and also making its safety his priority.

PC Fraser Morrison has 4 years service. He has worked mostly in Peterhead and moved to Mintlaw in 2007. He is hard working, approachable and is looking forward in his CBO role to being pro active,  rather than re active.  He hopes to make a difference to the community.

PC John Grant originally worked at Fraserburgh for two years.  He has recently been moved to Mintlaw to carry out the role of CBO.  His aims for the CBO role is to try and have a visible presence within Mintlaw and the outlying smaller communities and to tackle the various local issues.
Peterhead

PC John Pirie will operate in Peterhead. He has 16 years Police service in the former North Aberdeenshire area, working in Banff, Fraserburgh, Mintlaw and has been a Community Beat Officer in Peterhead for 3 years. He wants to build upon the strong partnerships already formed with a wide range of organisations within the town, and help create a safer environment for all sections of the community.

PC Martin Reid operates in Peterhead. He has seven years service almost five of which has been in the Peterhead area.  He hopes to maintain and build relationships with all areas of the community in Peterhead ensuring the link between Grampian Police and the Peterhead Community remains steadfast.

PC Kevin Forman operates in Peterhead.  He joined Grampian Police Special Constabularly in 1987, serving in the Peterhead area.  He joined Grampian Police in 1990 and has served in Fraserburgh, Cruden Bay, Peterhead and Mintlaw as a Response Officer.  He recently took up his current role as a Community Beat Officer in Peterhead.

He hopes to maintain the good working relationships with all Community Groups and other agencies and to reduce the antisocial problems which affect the local community.
New Pitsligo

PC Emily Ozer has worked in Aberdeen City Centre for most of her career, before transferring to New Pitsligo in 2008.  She is looking forward to building a strong relationship with the New Pitsligo Community and hopes to work alongside other agencies and community groups.












Cruden Bay

PC Lee Scott joined Grampian Police in 2005, after serving as a Special Constable in his own community.  His first posting was to Peterhead, as a response Officer.  He then transferred to Cruden Bay in 2008, where he hopes to forge a good relationship with all ages within the community in order to identify and resolve the wide range of issues which can affect the public.

PC Kenneth Thomson has served in Fraserburgh for three years, before moving to Cruden Bay, where he has been CBO since December 2007.  He also undertakes duties as a Firearms officer.  He hopes to tackle anti-social behaviour within his area and build up good relations with the local community and to be the first point of contact for them.

PC Ewan Ross will operate in Fraserburgh and District.  He has worked in the Fraserburgh area for four years and has been a CBO for the past two. He hope to tackle local issues and help create a safe environment for communities.

PC Alan Low commenced his Police career in Turriff and worked there for three years. He moved to Fraserburgh in November 2000 and in 2004 became Community Beat Officer there. In his 4 years as CBO in Fraserburgh, he has seen the role develop into one where he is in direct contact with partner agencies on a daily basis.  He finds that by using a partnership approach to problems within a particular area, then there is far greater scope for reducing the problems. The main problems in Fraserburgh are youths, vandalism and under age drinking.  By working with partners over the past two years, a lot of the problems have been greatly reduced.  This has been the most pleasing aspect of his role to date.

PC Alison Durward joined Grampian Police in 1989, served the majority of her service in Aberdeenshire. For the last 10 years, she has worked in Ellon and the surrounding area. She has specific responsibility for the villages of Newburgh and Balmedie where there is currently a number of youth problems.  It is her aim to continue to build up a good relationship with the villagers by addressing their anti social problems to bring their communities together.

PC Iain Clark operates in Tarves, Methlick, Newburgh and Balmedie. He has served in Peterhead, Laurencekirk, Banchory, Aberdeen City and Ellon for twenty two years. He has been stationed at Ellon since October 2005. He hopes to help create a safer community for all.

PC Mike Taylor has been stationed at Banff, Turriff and Peterhead.  He has also worked as a Deputy Domestic Abuse Liaison Officer and a Schools Liaison Officer in Morayshire, working from Fochabers and Keith Police Offices. He hopes to encourage people to take responsibility for looking after their town/area.

PC Jacqueline Simpson has worked at numerous stations in Aberdeen City, including the Mobile Support Unit and as a Community Beat Officer at Force Headquarters, Queen Street.  She then transferred to the former North Aberdeenshire Area and was stationed at Turriff.  She has been the CBO there since October 2007.   She hopes to be the first point of contact for Community related issues such as youth problems and anti-social behaviour in Turriff, Cuminestown, Fyvie, Rothienorman, Auchterless and the surrounding areas.

PC Ian Robison will operate in Westhill and District. He has served in Aberdeen City for twenty five years, including 4 years as a Schools Liaison Officer.  He has been stationed at Westhill since November 2006.  He hopes to help create a safer community for all.

PC Darren Cochrane will operate in Kintore/Blackburn/Kemnay. He has worked in the Garioch area since September 2006 covering Inverurie, Kemnay, Kintore and Blackburn.  As CBO for Kintore and Blackburn he is looking forward to building partnerships in order to tackle the local issues which affect the quality of life of the communities.

PC Graeme Allan will operate in Insch. He has served in Aberdeen City for two years, then latterly at Insch.  He also has additional duties as a Search Trained Officer.  He hopes to prevent anti-social behaviour and driving in Insch and to reduce youth problems there.

PC Neil McAdam will operate in Huntly. He has served in various operational roles in Northamptonshire Constabulary then transferred to Grampian Police.  He has served in Aberdeen City and Huntly.  He hopes to build strong liaisons with key core agencies and the Public in his area.

PC Fiona Will is Anti-Social Behaviour Co-ordinator for all of Aberdeenshire. She joined the Metropolitan Police in 1987 and transferred to Grampian Police in 1999.  Since joining Grampian, she has served as a response officer at Fraserburgh and Mintlaw and has spent almost five years working in Child Protection.  She recently took up the new role of Antisocial Behaviour Coordinator for Aberdeenshire Division and hopes to work alongside other agencies and community groups in addressing any antisocial problems which affect our communities.
